With extensive experience across multinational entities in insurance, telecommunications, retail, investment management, and manufacturing industries, Abigail specializes in financial reporting and compliance, audit management and project delivery, business consolidations and group reporting, and IFRS and US GAAP application. Her expertise encompasses overseeing financial functions, providing strategic financial insights, and ensuring accuracy in financial statements.
Abigail has delivered exceptional results as Senior Audit Manager at Ernst & Young, managing complex audit engagements for major clients and ensuring compliance with international financial reporting standards.
Samuel P Nwafor
Director of FP&A
Samuel Nwafor, Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and CFA Level III Candidate, brings over 12 years of finance and strategy leadership to his role as Director of FP&A at Plutus Crest.
With extensive experience partnering with C-suite leaders across high-growth tech startups and venture capital firms, Samuel specializes in corporate strategy, FP&A, P&L optimization, and building financial frameworks that enable scalable growth. His expertise spans financial modeling and forecasting, pricing strategy, business model design, and investment analysis.
He has supported major fundraising activities at Moove and Andela, provided strategic financial support to CEOs and CFOs of large VC firms like Founders Factory Africa and their portfolio companies.
Samuel holds an MBA from the University of South Wales and a Global Doctorate in Business Administration from Durham University Business School and EmLyon Business School.

With over a decade of C-suite experience across venture capital, asset management, and high-growth tech startups, Thabiso brings deep expertise in guiding emerging fund managers and SMEs through periods of rapid growth and transformation. A builder at heart, she has established end-to-end finance functions; from recruiting and developing teams to leading system migrations and implementing governance frameworks that support scalability.
Thabiso has overseen multi-currency operations across the US, UK, and Africa, led finance transformations, and supported fundraising initiatives that have secured millions in capital. She has grown cross-functional teams from early-stage to 70+ employees across multiple geographies and served as CFO for Catalyst Fund, Founders Factory Africa, BFA Global, Aluwani Capital Partners, and Remote Exploration Services; partnering closely with CEOs and Managing Partners to drive sustainable growth. She also serves on the Board of Independent Alternative Investment Managers.
